Nominations are now closed. I'll put together the lists over all the categories and will open up voting shortly. Will post in this thread once it is ready.
I have decided to take off the Journal from VinceVirgil of of the list because the basic components of a trading journal are missing.
Components that are related to a trading journal are:
1: Describe the trade entry, time, size.
2: The outcome of the trade, price, time, P/L, and how you exit the trade.
3: Behavioral observation, what you where thinking, feelings, preparation for the trade, confidence, trade management and exit of the trade.
It is more a end of day recap than a journal. Have decided to vote on VinveVirgil for best member of the year because of the very good work for his daily recap of the CL. The basic components for a journal are missing but it is indeed very good material to understand PA.

Well, I think this year we will have to wait for the voting (and the results ) until Mike has settled in Ecuador and has managed to get everything up and running properly...

Things were just insane at the end of the year and beginning of the year due to the move, and some things had to get dropped off my list.
I am putting this back on the list and will do the voting soon. The nominations are closed already as per earlier in the thread, and they will be used for the voting options.
I'm also considering a name change so that this "2013 Best of Trading" will actually be both the 2013 and 2014 version, and then at the end of this year (2014) the nominations will be opened and then closed and the vote that takes place in January 2015 will be called "2015 Best of Trading".
