Hi All,

I was wondering if any code can be executed due to an event of clicking on the DOM (buy/sell ladder) without having Ninja's LIVE version (the one you pay for in order to get the ATM strategies)?

Basically does NT allow a developer to execute a code for example if a a click to buy order was done on the DOM and I would like to have 4 stop losses at two different depths /levels on the DOM and 4 targets (I dont need trailing - but may need OCO -order cancels order)

I'm assuming this cannot be done on the DOM it self - but ONLY on the CHART trading options?

Are you talking about doing this on a SIM or a live account?

If you are looking to circumvent their licensing - I don't agree with that.

On the other hand, if you want to add orders when a SIM order is filled, there is an event manager that fires events when orders are filled.

You completely missed my intention and assumed WRONG! - I was not trying to "circumvent" the Ninja license/dom work etc - I was trying to improve upon it to crate something else proprietary which i did not disclose in my post -I used that as an example to understand what API options if at all are available in Ninja in relations to the DOM/Ladder etc.

Funny thing is - I just purchased a life time license from them the other day SO now here is a great example of ehat they say about Ass- Umptions - they make an Arrrs out of you and ME

By the way - I just sent you a private message earlier asking to demo Jigsaw tools as I believe/assume (haha) you are the vendor for it?

You ever worked with event handlers? If so , there is a position and an order event handler but neither are documented and you'll probably be looking @ a re-write for Ninja 8.

I don't see where he made any assumption but was merely making an observation. I questioned the same thing when I read your post, as it seemed as if you were looking into circumventing license requirements.

It was just the way your initial post was written. Now you've clarified with additional details what you are doing.
