IB NYSE advancing and decling volume

jstnbrg Chicago, Illinois Elite Member Experience: Advanced Platform: Ninjatrader, TT, InvestorRT Broker: Advantage Futures, Ninja/TT and InvestorRT/IQFeed. Trading: Treasury futures Posts: 312 since Nov 2010 Thanks Given: 194 Thanks Received: 912	Does anyone know the IB symbols for NYSE Advancing Volume and NYSE Declining Volume? My wife can't find them on IB's website. Also if there is a symbol for NYSE Advancing Volume Minus NYSE Declining Volume, that would be good too.

Can you help answer these questions

NYSE TICK and NYSE TRIN are both available real-time and as historical data. Maybe you can use the TRIN as a substitue for up and down volume.

I deleted mine. Fat Tails answered it better. I only now saw that you were looking for ADV/DEC Volume, not Issues....

It's nice to see a mention of market internals, though. I have not seen much discussion about them on this site....
