The correct line break chart as defined by Steve Nison is time independent. Only higher high closes and lower low closes are plotted, and for a reversal the reversal must close above/below the 'X' number of prior close highs/lows. The chart is time independent. Closes that do not make higher highs/lows are not plotted.

I know that there is the better line break chart but I am really looking for a solid version of the theoretical one. The chart that comes with ninjatrader is not correct. Thank you!

The Better Line Breaks is not what I'm looking for and is not correct although it is better. I don't want wicks. What I want is a time independent line break chart that doesn't plot bars unless they form higher high or lower low closes and only plot reversals that break 3/6 prior high/low closes...
