I am taking a "class" online and i wanted to record what is being taught. the teacher does not have such a software and he said if you find something, go ahead and do it. he doesn't mind. it's just basically him teaching me a few nuances on the method that he uses. He is profitable and manages client money so he probably knows what he is doing. This is a friend of mine so it's free. but i'd like to record it for future reference and don't want to bother him in case i miss something. The one on one meetings will be on Gotomeeting.

I have never done such a thing and have no clue in terms of the different recording options available out there. I am looking for something not very expensive. in fact free would be best . but i don't mind spending a few dollars.

I am sure i will get some great suggestions here, so i decided to ask you lot. Can someone suggest a way to record these sessions? with the voice and the screen?
