Do any one know how to setup up email or SMS alerts in Trader Workstation?

You need to go to Account Management portal ->Manage Accounts -> Trade Configuration -> Alerts and set up an email and/or sms address.

Hi Jolew,

Thank you, I was able to set the SMS as well along with my email.

One more thing, my alerts are not triggered until market opens at 9:30. I tried with currencies, crude, gold and nq - for all these markets the Alerts wont trigger until 9:30 EST (or until the market opens). Do you know how to have them trigger when the condition is met irrespective of the time of day.

You need to check the box that says "allow condition outside RTH"
