What you are asking is pretty basic and simple, better that you learn how to do it yourself instead of asking to somebody else. You can use the NT strategy wizard and configure your sound according to the cross above/below functions. Follow this video that I made for you, it is really easy. If you don't want to use a strategy but implement the sound in your indicator you will have to copy the easy language lines shown in the video into your indicator. This step is a bit more complicated, if you have problems just attach a copy of your indicator and I will do it for you.
