I have a split RTH ETH session as I am TPO Profiling.. However I am wondering if its possible to have both a eth/rth session chart as well as a separate chart with only a RTH session only??

You can select a different session template for each chart. For example you could

-> open an ETH chart
-> open another ETH/RTH chart (3 sessions per day)
-> open a RTH chart

all at the same time.
