New to the forum - Hello all!

Is it just my instance of the software or has anyone noticed that when using OnDemand (not paper money), the current price on the charts don't match the prices in the trade grids, i.e., time & sales, level 2, active trader tool? I'd like to test my charting studies with real data in the off hours but due to a huge mismatch, I don't see how this could be done.

Any input is greatly appreciated,
-Brett

If you are trading futures make sure to enter the month and year code. So instead of /ES it would be /ESM5 if that is the current contract for the time you are trading.

Thank you! That solved the problem. One followup question - my trailing stops aren't working in OnDemand. If I set up a bracket, the limit will side will trigger the position close but the trailing stop is ignored and no action is taken when the price moves through the target. The stop is calculated when I place the order but just moves around with the price and never triggers the closing transaction. I've tried MARK and ASK without success. Ideas?

Thanks,
-Brett

I don't know with the trailing stop in particular because I've never tried them, but with the market orders it starts to never trigger randomly. I think it is a software glitch. I get some issues using OnDemand. Sometimes when I use Buy MKT it will not trigger the order; the order just stays there going up and down forever. Same with Sell MKT or Flatten. Only the limit orders work. I turn off OnDemand and restart it to see if that fixes it, or turn off thinkorswim completely to restart it whenever it starts doing this and that usually fixes the problem.

I'm seeing that STOP when linked to TRG is working but TRAILSTOP has no option to link to TRG. Also, flatten doesn't clear out the STOP order. Man, this is frustrating.
