as far as I am aware custom bar types are not yet available in Multicharts.NET. You could create something like "virtual bars" within your code, but this wouldn't give you the same convenience as the custom bars in Ninjatrader for example.
you are correct that MC and MC.NET both have renko charts, but not the ability to compute custom bars like Ninjatrader - which is what you'd need to create and chart meanrenko, medianrenko or better renko bars.
