Looking for Ninjatrader version 7.0.1000.25 installer. Can't get it from NT support

Hi,

I have recently moved to a new VPS.
On this new server NT7 (the last two available version) keeps crashing when loosing my connection with the IB gateway. (so it will crash on average once a day, sometimes while I am asleep)
I had it working on my old VPS for over a year and the only difference I can see is the version of NT it was running (strategies and indicator are the same).
I have tried a different version of the gateway it didn't fix it.
I have tried to get in touch with @NinjaTrader but they can't provide me with an older version of NT. I find it odd they wouldn't keep more that 2 versions of the build, but that's what they responded to me.
As expected the support refuse to provide any help in regards to IB gateway since they do not support it.

I would like to know if anyone has managed to get NT 7.0.1000.30 to not crash after loosing a connection with IB gateway? (PS it seems to work with TWS if the connection is lost)
Otherwise I would anyone still have the install file for NT 7.0.1000.25?

no issues with version 30 and TWS Gateway build 952.1a from Aug 18 on win7

You wrote TWS Gateway and it's a little confusing. Could you please clarify if you mean TWS (Trader workstation) or IB Gateway?

Sorry for the confusion. I was referring to the IB Gateway.
If you want to provide a sequence of steps to reproduce i could give it a try.
(happy to check both TWS and/or IB Gateway)

Your feedback defintely helped.
I uninstalled everything this morning (including files in my document folder), Installed the latest IB Gateway and NT7. Then tested disconnection of IB. It didn't crash NT7 a single time.
I then re-imported the code and configured the strategies and proceed to more test. Again it didn't crash NT7.

I think it might be the historical data. that the only thing that this time i didn't move accross.

I am pretty happy I now have a stable environment.

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction @MichaelH, I was convinced that it was due to the version of NT running.
