I am trying to write the codes to simulate a stc crossover sytem on a tick chart based on the 1-min STC (20 to long, 80 to short). I would like to have data2 to be 1-min, but the TS2ki generates a error message saying that Tick chart cannot be combined with other time frame.

My stc calculation is based on the 1-min bar.

If data2 is not acceptable, what else could I do to get the 1-min stc calculation to trigger the signals on a tick chart ?

PTCM .... you have to work with ADE/ELC. Until version 9 TS still is not able to manage two different data lower then minute-timeframes in one chart. MC can do this. That means you have to open 2 separate charts. One for the 1min chart as a "sender" of calculation for the Tick chart. Then your Tick chart with the "reciever" as your system. Please take a look in the TS or MC forum. If you need help please don't hesitate to contact me.
