I have subscribed to Nikkei 225 future with ESignal, it displays fine with tick chart only, but not range, renko and medianRenko. The image is what i got, anyone experienced the same thing?

Can you post the picture of your tick chart for the same period.

Most likely it is the matter of a gap. I recommend you try BetterRenko (available in Elite Downloads) which deals with gaps very well
