Yesterday i lost my way, left my plan; i reached my loss limit, so i start the simulation over again.
I start the day 3 losses, but they were OK, passed to my trading pan.
BUT I came back in the afternoon (US morning), and try to trade median lines, and I ignored my strategy.
Median lines are great tools, and i would like to work out a strategy with this, but now i have not experience with it, so it was mistake to mixing median lines and my TST strategy.
I will use it just for morning drawings on higher frames.
Today i don't trade, tomorrow i start the next round
i have some problems with my NJ platform: I use Ninjatrader Contuinuum demo, and somtimes it can't connect to server for a day long.
I registered a new TST demo with a new email, but that don't work too: can't connect both NT and Rithmic. I use two different licence key for these, so not that's the problem.
Have You any idea, what's wrong? I use NT7 with WinXP (in Virtualbox). Internet connection is ok.
Couple of flags right there. I don't believe NT7 runs on WinXP, it's minimum would be Win Vista.
Virtualbox is other flag, as that's like a Virtual Machine for stuff like Linux, yes? What is your base OS?
That could be your problem there, on those two fronts. First, try to emulate Win7 in your Virtualbox, see if that fixes it. If not, no idea on how to help. Could ask Ninja Support directly.
Thank You very much for Your answer! Yes, i use Ubuntu. Temporarily i solved the problem with a new NT Continuum demo account, that works, but this is a frequent problem, so i will try to install a win 7.
Friday i had the technical problems, i trade just afternoon, and the NT was unable to open the first position correctly. I was confused a bit, no image from the first trade open.
