I know that if you use "zoom" in Chrome it can cause this effect. But on my notebook, zoom is 100% and I am still seeing it, which should not be happening. I think it might be some other scaling issue but not sure, that's why I'm asking for input from others.
In addition to your browser version, please tell me your Zoom setting in your browser.
Yes, I'm seeing it as I use Ctl+ to increase the zoom.
Levels: does NOT show at 100%, but it does show at 110%, and 125, and 150, and 175, but did NOT show at 200, came back at 250, but NOT at 300, or 400 or 500. I didn't test all the ones in between.

Using zoom breaks it, that is a known issue for years. But when not zoomed you shouldn't see it. One of my notebooks is seeing it even with zoom 100% which should never happen. Trying to run down the bug.
