Anyone having issues with charts not updating in nt8 for currency futures instruments?
I can see level 2 data and the Dom working correctly, just the charts are not refreshing and stuck at closing price of last Friday
Have you already checked the trading hours for your instrument ? Sometimes this data is incorrect by ninja. Maybe they have registered a holiday where we do not have a holiday. Happened to me on EUREX beginning of the year
The problem exists in the CME FX Futures ETH Trading Hours template - President's Day 2017 details are incorrect.
Set President's Day 2017 to Early Close and End time to 12:00 PM.
