Does anyone have any recommendations of a Data Feed that supports real-time and level 2 data from the Tokyo Stock Exchange and the Osaka Derivatives Exchange. It has to have API access, the API has to have access to level 2 as well. The only option I've found thus far is Bloomberg. Spoke with their sales staff, and got pricing. Just wanted to see if I had any other options before I went that direction?
