Hi, I would like to know whats the cheapest level 2 stock data provider you know about other than kinetick. If not, then maybe level 1 data. Thanks.

You should be able to get L1 for US stocks for free on Free stock prices, quotes, stock charts, market news and streaming real-time stock quotes.
