Hi - Have any customers of GAIN Capital that use the basic OEC trader platform had success with the new futures options capability? A few days ago I noticed IV and the various Greeks in the "select columns" field of the options matrix window plus a "all Greeks" on/off button. To date, though, I haven't seen any data populate those fields.

Note: If GAIN is your FCM but you use an introducing broker, this product might be called e-Futures (Cannon Trading), Zaner 360 (deCarley/Zaner), etc.

I will be happy to assist you with displaying the greeks on the OEC ( E-Futures Platform). Make sure you updated the software to newest release and PM me if you still need help.
