Problem with real time price

When I open a chart, for example, amazon. The price does not move and I get a yellow question mark. I do not know what it means. Only currencies work correctly anyone can help me? thanks

P.S.: Only the red+green asset lines of your right-hand grid are IB "real-time" snapshot data.

You don't have IB (real-time) data permissions for that asset (AMZN).

P.S.: Only the red+green asset lines of your right-hand grid are IB "real-time" snapshot data.

Can I buy (amazon asset for example) anyway without hiring the data feed?

Yes, you can.
Buying/selling depends on your trading permissions, not on data subscriptions.
