yes, but it would require a bit of coding using Object Oriented EasyLanguage or external DLLs most likely as you'd have gather/access the information within one code and then distribute the results to the instruments.

it's hard to make a recommendation, but as the functionality you are looking for seems to be available and build into Stockcharts it might make sense.
