You could much simply add a VWAP. The values of VWAP and midline at the end of RTH will be similar.
Other than that, I do have a modified Fat Tails indicator I could dig out from my NT7 archive, that is, if somebody else doesn't get there first at some point today...

I already have the Fat Tails VWAP, and have spoken to him about the mid mkt plot, but unfortunately, unless I reconfigure to a multi-session, his indicator for this specific situation will not work.
