I'm going to keep a log of the "known" incompatibilities that Ninjatrader 8 has with Interactive Brokers and post them here for reference. I have discussed these at length with the Ninjatrader support but they say that they are "expected behaviour(s)" i.e problems that they are aware off.

Ideally I would like Ninjatrader to commit to correcting them seeing as they charge around $1000 to buy an IB license and there are some very fundamental problems (e.g not being able to report forex P&L in broker account currency), but if nothing else it is good to have a log and transparency of what works and what doesn't. I will try to regularly update on what has and has not been resolved.

First up, IB pop up messages are displayed as errors with code in them. I get multiple pop ups when I log on each day, and have to manually close each one. Pretty frustrating way to start the day.

There is a setting selection called "run-time pop up handling" which is meant to stop pop ups displaying at all but this also does not work and has no effect.

This issue is on my Product Manager's plate to look into, if you were not aware of that then I am sorry that my team did not communicate this to you. That being said, I can tell this is a frustrating issue for you but posting it multiple times across different threads is not necessary.
