Hi, I would like to use the IB alerts functionality to signal me when a particular commodity has gone either below 30 or above 70 on the RSI indicator. (Or similarly when it has touched either of the BB's).
Currently, I don't believe it is possible as the only options that are available are the ones in the attachment.
Does anyone know a way around this? Or is there any other software that I could use to provide me this signal.
I would love to have received alerts when GC hit the conditions below :
Edit: I am looking at commodities only (and not equities), so GC, CL, ZS etc etc
Can you help answer these questions from other members on NexusFi?
I have just signed up for a 1 month free trial to Premium account, and that seems to have what I'm looking for.
Also, the alerts can be based on many, many indicators (BB, MACD, Stochastics, CCI etc etc). I've just set up a couple of alerts and will see if they get fired properly.
