Sorry just seeing this. Working fine here, please confirm? There were a few minutes where I had some bad code on the site causing a database issue, I'm guessing it caused your issue but should have been resolved shortly after.

Please open an incognito window, do you see the chat as a logged out user? Then login while using incognito, what happens?
