This is my trading journal for SPY options. I find it as the best instrumental tool to trade with a small account. I've been trading for 2 years and I have lost $20,000 so far. My goal in the next 6 months is to turn $2,000 to $20,0000. My plan is to follow leading economic indicators and trade in the direction of the surprise. Wish me luck!

Forgot to mention I'm with Interactive Brokers and trading on Ninjatrader 7.
Lost $24 in total today buying SPY puts. $1,976/$2,000
I thought Friday's news was overextended but it still had some leg in it. Got caught. Lost some. Then a nice pull back to VWAP to recover some losses. Didn't hold for the whole move because I got confused by a higher low before more downwards action. Next time confirm if there's more strength in the move. Need to wait for more indicators to tell future direction.
I didn't know members were so serious. Have a bit fun... You're going to be trading for the rest of your life. I'm moving my journal to the elite members section. I don't really want to deal with the random negativity.
