Do you guys use them? I am doing a trial and their indicators seem pretty good... but their support is extremely unhelpful.

A support team that does not help a customer configure / use their product better ?

Has anyone else ever have had a better experience ?

Alternately, anyone has any suggestions on alternatives please?
