I'm trying to switch over to NT7 today and the first chart I created with a NT7 template looks like the attached

When I drag the vertical price scale on the right, all it does it drag the price bars right up off the top of the screen

They are better renko bars.
Is it just not enough data loaded?.

Min charts appear to be ok although the price bars even with min charts, still disappear off the top of the screen

What am I missing ?

Greg

Probably one of your indicators uses a custom plot that is not compatible with NT7. I suggest that you add the indicators of the chart template one by one to identify the culprit.

Price charts of min charts should not disappear on the top of the screen, unless you use fixed scaling.

Try clicking on the "F" on top of the price column.
