I saw this index on tradingview: NYSE AT TODAYS HIGH and NYSE AT TODAYS LOW, and I can't find out if iqfeed or another provides it, to put it on sierrachart.
would anyone have this information?

this is part of market internals...n a widely used market breadt indicator. If you search n google...u will find many who have done Ratios based on NH-NL indicator. its a longer term breadth tool...u can spot bottoms easier than tops ofcourse. possible if iqfeed has the values...u may need another tool such as R/Excel or likes to lot n understand what it says.
not sure if a platform can plot it.
