Can anyone help me with getting live data for NDX Index. This is known on Sierra Chart as $IUXX.
I currently have it as 15 min delayed and I would like live data but I have no idea which package to request at IB. I know it is a Nasdaq Index but the IB website is little help and I daren't ask Sierra for fear of being called an idiot for using IB.

OK So I now have live NDX on TWS but $IUXX is still 15 mins delayed on Sierra Chart.
Any ideas anyone. Is this a Sierra problem or IB?

OK I have finally resolved the situation. IB doesn't use $IUXX although Serra tries to open it but only historical is available
Instead IB uses their own version from the IB Indexes section called NDX-IND-NASDAQ. I had previously tried this but it was not working.
Then after going through the Sierra Chart set up pages for IB I found a '/' missing in one of the sections and it now works fine.

Hope this info might help someone else having troubles with IB and Sierra.
