This is now done. If a post gets deleted, the OP will receive the original post text back to them in the automatic notification they receive about the deletion.

Rewrite the Direct Message pop-up window code entirely. Currently tries to popup an entire new window old-school, which is usually blocked by most browsers, when user receives a new DM.

Rewrite to be inline div or otherwise modern browser friendly.

Enhance "Follow" thread button (at top of thread) so it respects default value of Subscription type for member (instant, daily, weekly). Currently it is forced to Instant only. They can be modified by user after the fact, but it should default to whatever the member has as his default. It isn't an easy enhancement which is why it wasn't done the first time... Mike

Automatically select your journal thread based on the newest thread you create in journal section(s). Many members leave the profile field blank because they don't know it's there. Determining it automatically will help others find the journals easier of other members. Mike

When you have a journal (thread) in either the "Trading Journals" or "Elite Trading Journals" section of the site, we will automatically set your user profile field to your journal URL, based on the newest thread you've created in one of those two areas.

If you have a journal that is not in one of those two areas, this won't catch it.

There may be a reason for not having this functionality, so just checking in the case that it is not problematic.
