Thanks for the info. Will check in with the Edge Clear brokers to alert them that this is your experience elsewhere. So far, I have simply been alerted to positions not offsetting properly. But trades for prices that you have no record of isn't something I saw thus far. Hopefully, everything shakes out well for everyone.

The weird thing was that when i closed out this GHOST position from NT8 it generated a short order(market sell) which wasn't visible on the platform at the time.
When I disconnected and reconnected back to the feed i saw my balance dropping like a comet! What a nightmare fuel.
Hello. Iīm new here. I had a similar problem. I was short UB during the weekend making around 60 ticks. Due to Phillip Capital outage I had no access to my position and didnīt know if it still existed or not. The whole day I had no update from Ninja Trader or Phillip Capital. Only today on Tuesday morning I saw again this position back on my positions tab but now minus 41 ticks! I closed manually the position. I find this unacceptable and if they donīt refund me I plan to take legal action. Can anyone recommend me a lawyer for that? Is anyone here on this thread interested in collectively suing NT and Phillip Capital? If yes please contact me and we can discuss how to proceed.
We continue to work closely with Phillip Capital to assist in addressing the issues resulting from their system outage on Thursday, February 4th. Included below is the latest information we have as of 11:45 PM CT on Monday, February 8th:
Positions remain accurate within the platform for the vast majority of CQG accounts. As previously stated, some work was performed manually so if you see a discrepancy or do not recognize a position in your trading platform, please contact us at [email protected].
Our understanding at this time is Phillip will be issuing account statements for Monday, February 8th. Due to ongoing issues with the Phillip Capital back office synchronization, positions reflected in your statement may vary from your trading platform.
If you trade using Rithmic, account balances and positions are now expected to be corrected Tuesday night following delivery of a fully accurate statement from Phillip Capital.
If your account remains impacted by the outage, we suggest you do not trade until corrected statements are available. Phillip Capitals revised expectation is that accurate statements will be available the evening of Tuesday, November 9th.
We apologize once again for the confusion this outage has caused and appreciate your continued patience.
If you were directly affected, NinjaTrader will continue to be your advocate and ensure you are not financially impacted by inaccurate trade activity or account miscalculations resulting from this outage. NinjaTrader is fully committed to working with Phillip Capital on this reconciliation process and will be reaching out to all impacted accounts in the coming days. I understand how you are VERY frustrated, but you just need to calm down and cool your jets!
NT has made it very clear that they are working to resolve this and that no one will suffer any financial harm behind this. There is no need to start talking about lawyers and class-action suits!
Now, if they are not good to their word, then talk of lawyers and law suits is appropriate!

Same here. Based on the emails, the statement from PC keeps getting pushed back. Now, they are saying Wednesday evening. I haven't traded at all but still want to see the statement as somehow I seem to have lost $1800 yesterday.
I called NT 5 times just yesterday to understand when the "refund request" might be processed and they said it could take weeks.
I have not received my daily statement from Phillips yet either. I'm also still showing my P&L from yesterday on my account in NT. Usually that gets zeroed out, but today it has not.
I know they are still working the issue, I'm just posting to keep people informed of what I'm seeing.
I'm tempted to take the day off from trading futures, as I want them to work through the problem.
I feel for anyone that is showing a negative balance, especially if it is not your doing.
For me, what I've noticed over the past few days, was that Phillips missed a closing trade by 1 contract, thus I had a position showing as open.
For instance I went short two contracts, two separate buys, and closed them out, but Phillips showed that I only closed out 1 contract, so I still had a short and negative money. (I didn't realize what was happening and I closed the position, as I didn't want my account to continue to go red).
Then I went long two contracts, two separate buys, and then closed them out, but again Phillips showed that I only closed out 1 contract and still had a long. (this would have been one heck of a trade, the best trade in futures that I have ever made ) Now if I can just learn what I did there, or I mean what Phillips did there
We understand the frustration that this has caused everyone. As you all may know, the statements from 2/8 were not sent last night.
Edge Clear has just received communication from Phillip Capital on the latest statements. Phillip is indicating that the February 8th statements are currently being generated and will be going out this morning.
We will continue to monitor the situation and keep everyone informed.
