Please post who your broker is with these issues. (And if your broker uses an FCM, who do they use?)
If this is a CQG problem, it may be different from the Rithmic/Phillips Capital situation that has dominated this discussion up to now, and it would be important for other traders to know.

Per earlier posts, CQG is currently experiencing technical issues with their order routing system which have resulted in some clients being unable to close positions. NinjaTrader Brokerage is aware of the situation and we are in communication with CQG for an expected resolution.
I'm also having same problem where I'm not able to close the positions and it was profitable and not anymore. Earlier with Philip Capital issue Ninja trader was able to resolve my issue. How does it works here? Is this anyway related to Phillip Capital or totally different problem?
I spoke with the orders desk (their phone # is 3124232234), it's not related to the PC issue. You should call them to see if there is anything they can do.
I had a stop loss order that was supposed to be closed but it's still open. The orders desk informed that they cannot even close out the order so it's just sitting there until CQG resolves the issue.
Also same problem. I use Ninja brokerage/Ninja/ Continuum(CQG)/Phillip Capital. I managed to avoid the Phillip Capital disaster, but today I'm stuck dealing with this CQG outage. Had a long position with bracket OCO -the market was close to my target and was adjusting my order and it wouldn't adjust. I got nervous and hit the close button but the NT platform log said the following: "Close operation failed, operation timed out. Manually close your position." So I did by hitting sell the market. My position showed closed at the sell the market price at the time, even though the market had already traded through my profit taking sell limit order. My positions tab shows no positions but I'm afraid this problem means that I might have a position in the market I don't want. Of course the Ninja trade desk can tell me nothing since they don't have access through CQG. I'm stuck and I sure hope Ninja brokerage will make things right. I only took one trade today but there are open orders showing on my platform. Very stressful since there is no way to know if they are cancelled, if I'm flat, or long or short with no protection. NT brokerage I sure hope you will make this right.
Yeah it doesn't exactly inspire much confidence with all of these serious problems. I don't currently know if I'm flat, long or short or if there are multiple orders open in my account. I have no information and no control and they can tell me nothing -it's an absolutely horrifying situation. Who knows how long it will take CQG to fix whatever is wrong. I just hope they make customers whole this time just like they supposedly did for the Phillip Capital problem.
