I'd like to share my experience with some new futures trading education that's available. It's from "VMO Trading" and consists of a book and a video course. The book is "Volume Profile, Market Profile, Order Flow: Next Generation of Daytrading" which is available on Amazon in Kindle and paperback. I have both, but the Kindle version is probably easier to read first because of the diagrams which are in color and are rendered more clearly on a computer screen than in print. The book contains the fundamentals of the approach, which as the title suggests, is based on combining volume profile, market profile, and order flow to analyse markets and find trading opportunities. Those tools are used to help identify key levels and the confirmation that a big player is now active in the market, which would provide the impetus for a strong move. It also contains some novel insights on the pitfalls of traditional technical analysis and how traders can find ways to see it differently in light of big player activity.

The video course is a deeper look into the approach of the book, and contains many hours of video examples applying the ideas into typical markets, such as the E-mini S&P, crude oil, and the Euro/USD futures. I think this is where the course really shines as the teacher walks through a lot of recent examples of trading opportunities that follow the principles of his course. The videos feature the teacher analyzing the market via ATAS software, but I think it can be followed using other software with similar functionality such as Sierra Chart or Tradovate (what I'm used to, although I think ATAS or Sierra Chart would be much easier). The video/sound is clear and the narration is in English, although correspondence can be in some languages other than English. I'm still relatively new to trading but I thought it was an informative and engaging experience overall.
I'm still developing the approach that works best for me (I also took/am taking Michael Valto's videos and the UC Trading course but I found it complementary with those) and am getting to the point where psychology is the last big challenge.

psychology is very challenging for all traders. if you can not back test the concept that you are wanting to execute it is difficult to believe in what you are doing. the trader wants to change his approach when you are in draw down
