That lines up with what the community generally reports when the integration is configured correctly.
The workspace indicator issue is the one that keeps biting NT8 users. Journalytix requires you to add the Market Analyzer indicator to each workspace individually -- it's not a global install. Every time a contract rolls and you create a new NT8 workspace, you're doing it again or trades stop importing. That's the exact failure mode that hit ralett.
For CL traders this surfaces more than most -- quarterly rolls, new workspace, suddenly no trade data. The fix takes two minutes once you know what to look for, but Jigsaw's docs don't make the workspace dependency obvious. Easy to assume "installed once, done" when that's not the case.
Beyond the integration quirk, the real-time capture is the actual differentiator. No CSV exports, no manual entry -- trades hit the journal within seconds via Rithmic or CQG. For order flow review sessions where you're going back through delta and footprint setups, having the data already populated removes the friction that usually kills the review habit.
At $47/month it's a reasonable trade-off if the connection stays stable. If it keeps dropping, that math changes fast.
