Hi, reaching out to this community from Estonia, Europe.
I'm wondering what would be the best setup to scalp/swing micro ES futures from an Apple product?
I've tried out IB, but i really dont like the interface. Ninjatrader looks OK and I like it, but it's only for PC's and when i run Parallels on a Mac, everything starts lagging quite a lot. TOS is not an option in Estonia, don't know why. They just don't open an account here. Tradingview? I've used Binance which has the same platform and it's OK for me.
What are your suggestions? Easier to buy a trading PC?

You can run CodeWeaver Crossover or Parallels and then install any Windows trading platform. If you have a new Mac that runs the M1 processor then I’m not sure if they are compatible as of yet.
I should have added that I am currently running Sierra Chart on a 2015 Mac using Parallels. You have to install the complete Windows OS with Parallels but with Crossover that is not necessary, just parts of the Windows OS.
I run Sierra Chart with Parallels Professional on a macbook pro and I would say it has been great. I give Parallels 16GB of memory currently but that far exceeds what it actually would need since Sierra is very efficient with resources. Parallels Professional is a few bucks more but it is worth it imho for the extra control over allocating extra memory, etc. but like I said Sierra probably doesn't even need it. I just like having the option.
Like 58LesPaul said, you will have to install Windows 10 but both the parallels and windows installs are very straightforward.
This question gets asked so many times. I think if your serious about trading just get a windows PC. There's no support for people running Parallels plus keyboard shortcuts work work right!
Sierra Chart was recommending Parallels for a long time as the recommended solution for macs and there is definitely support for Parallels users, provided it is a Sierra Chart-related issue and not a Parallels issue of course.
I see they are now recommending Codeweavers which I have never tried.
I want to avoid getting into mac vs pc as it is a very personalized-preference issue, I respect that, and OP should use whatever they are most comfortable with. Just wanted to point out that I originally had doubts about running parallels but it has been flawless and performance has been terrific so it is one option. Mileage my vary of course, and if they are more comfortable with PC then they should go that route.
