I'm not sure either, but it doesn't seem to be what we generally call a "vendor," so probably not in the vendor review section.
I'm moving it to "Crypto Futures" under "Traders Hideout." It's not really a futures exchange, but the description for this category is "This subforum focuses on Cryptocurrency Futures, such as BTC, ETH, ADA, XTZ, and many more. This subforum should be used to discuss DeFi, staking, or any other crypto related topic."
So since this is "crypto related," we'll put it there.
And possibly revisit these categories in the future (once there is nothing else that needs to be done.... )
