Hi. I just took delivery of a new laptop on Friday. Next day I started moving and setting up things including Motivewave. When trying to connect I got a message "Error starting OEC Connector. Please contact customer service." My current computer connected to OEC using Motivewave just fine. Apparently an existing setup gets a pass.
So then I tried re-doing the workspace, I get another message "Disclaimer GAIN Futures Deprecated. Support for GAIN has been deprecated and no longer functions as of Jan 2021. It is recommended that you switch to one of our other supported brokers or data services."
OK so I hope all this will get sorted out as StoneX integrates GAIN. But for now if I want to use my new laptop to reach GAIN, I will need to go in through OEC. I tested that and it works fine.

Can you help answer these questions from other members on NexusFi?
I'm vary curious on this one. I know with gain you have to make sure third party plug in is enabled in the gain control panel on the broker end. MW still lists Gain as a functioning in the broker database. I do know it will not work on the Mac and Linux versions.
