Ok, if I use the DLL, GV, how can I run a script inside MC when the program starts? Is there any way?

I am not sure if I understand your question, but you can only run scripts on charts, the Scanner or as signals within the Portfolio Trader. One way might be to make sure that a workspace with a chart or Scanner, that has your code applied, is opened when you start MC.
