What is the typical fee per k per side?TradeStation , $1.50/k/sideNFA fees, routing fees etc.

The prices are per side and per contract. I don't know what you mean by "per k".https://www.tradovate.com/pricing/ ), is one you haven't mentioned. the Commission Rates download on that page is also per side.

"k" is legalese for contract. Contracts law was a core class in B school.
