What is the typical fee per k per side?TradeStation , $1.50/k/sideInteractive Brokers , $0.25 - 0.85 /k +plus exchange, regulatory & carrying fees. I assume per side.NFA fees, routing fees etc.
Can you help answer these questions

"k" is legalese for contract. Contracts law was a core class in B school.
