Yes this is FLEX renko ( Sierrachart ) , UNI Renko ( Ninjatrader ).

Forget it. They show you beautiful pictures when system works.
I recommend you to learn to trade with time based bars

Looks more like Nexgen T3: Linear regression, MACD Bollingers, Keltner channels + midband. Both of the charts also seem to have stochastics.
