First day of creating my trading journal in the context of the April Leeloo challenge.

Start of the day psychology : 6/10
1 hour walk before trading session : Yes
Start of the trading day psychology: 6/10
Brain power : Cortex minded
Set-up : Sweeping on NQ via Price Ladder
Execution: 6/10
Discipline: 6/10
Drawdown control : 6/10
Break between series of winning trades : Yes
Break between series of loosing trades : Yes
Manage to stop trading at daily target : Yes
Consistency : NA
Manage to close the computer when at target : 10/10
Trades recorded for forensic analysis of mistakes : yes.

Brain power : Mid Cortex - Mid limbic
Set-up : Sweeping on NQ on Price Ladder
Execution: 6/10
Discipline: 6/10
Drawdown control : 6/10
Consistency : 7/10
Break between series of winning trades : Yes
Break between series of loosing trades : 4/10
Manage to stop trading at daily target : Yes
Manage to close the computer when at target : Yes
Trades recorded for forensic analysis of mistakes : yes.

Green Days : 2/2 Red days 0/2.

Start of the day psychology : 5/10
1 hour walk before trading session : Yes
Start of the trading day psychology: 5/10
Brain power : Mid Cortex - Mid limbic at the beginning of my trading session. Limbic/ Emotional while approaching daily target goal. Making mistakes in sequence at that moment. Had to do a break and come back. for good. !
Set-up : Sweeping on NQ on Price Ladder
Execution: 4/10
Discipline: 4/10
Drawdown control : 4/10
Consistency : 5/10
Break between series of winning trades : Yes
Break between series of loosing trades : Yes
Manage to stop trading at daily target : Yes
Manage to close the computer when at target : Yes
Trades recorded for forensic analysis of mistakes : yes.

Green Days : 3/3 Red days 0/3.

====> some trades were very bad on entry and also on exit. Emotional sometimes.
