Help with NT8 not receiving todays market data from Interactive Brokers / IB / IKBR

Can anyone help with NT8 not receiving todays data from Interactive Brokers / IB / IKBR?

I have reached out to NinjaTrader Forum and had support log into my machine. But they were unable to help and have now abandoned the problem.
I hope someone on this forum can assist?

I am running recommended versions of everything.
I have also tried deleting and reinstalling everything; TWS/GW/NT.
I was running perfectly fine for more than a year, this problem occured sometime between Jan and March which is when i purchased a new laptop and reinstalled everything.

TWS 10.19.1K
IB Gateway 10.19.1K
NinjaTrader 8.0.27.1 (Core/Trader+/Order Flow +/Multi Broker)

Specific Problem

Ninjatrader pulls data from the previous days without problem.
But for the current day, it only pulls data from the moment that the chart was loaded into Ninjatrader.
If i refresh the chart, reload data, switch charts etc - the chart resets. It loads all previous days fine, but for todays data it only loads starting with the current candle.

(Both charts are 1m charts and are roughly the same time period for comparison)

Yes I am familiar with that post.

I have followed all those steps as suggested. But it did not help for me.
It did not help the poster either. Seems its still an open issue.

Quite frustrating.
