You call your broker immediately.

This was a Rithmic outage that affected NinjaTrader and possibly other platforms connecting through their Chicago gateways.

I know a lot of the funded prop firms were affected today. Were general live broker accounts affected as well?

I'm interested to know the technical reason behind the outage, so hoping someone has some info and would kindly share.

I guess this was a Rithmic issue but it seems like there's one of these every month now 😒

Apex is accessible through Mumbai right now. Try the other connections if it doesn't work through Chicago (Europe too).
