Is ther a platform outage?
This new login system is very awkward considering there is no sufficient support and especially in my case, due to the time zone, your support is not answering as, I believe, office is closed.
Usual turnaround for me, in my time zone to solve the problem, is ~2-3 days.
Are you planning to improve this for overseas customers?
I hope you get a response. Nobody would answer my question when I asked customer service. I asked on May 24th as well, but never received a response. I purchased a multi broker license for this very purpose, to trade Stocks on TorS, but it is if I just handed them money, And, not counting the specific indicators to use on those Stocks.
I'm not really counting on it. They don't seem to answer all questions. It should be titled "AMA (I might answer)
It seems that encouraging Algo trading would benefit the the bottom line. Especially automated scalping. I think the broker fees would look good on their books.
The Last time that @NinjaTrader answered any question here was on April 22, 2024. Hopefully NinjaTrader is not on Auction block and someone will show up to give a straight answer to a simple question that affects many NinjaTrader's lifetime licensees, and no one at NinjaTrader Support seems willing to do so:
Does NinjaTrader intend to provide the third party support API needed following transition from TD Ameritrade to Schwab? If so, exactly when this API (supposedly under development for many months) will be available? Please, no more answering "can not offer ETA or promise of fulfillment.")
This API is a critical functioning part of the software for many paid license holders. The API has been disabled for many months rendering the software useless for many lifetime licensees using TD Ameritrade Brokerage (now Schwab).
Thank you for addressing this. I asked a Vendor today about moving his indicators to TradingView since I can no longer use them on NT8, but he wants money to do so. The hits just keep on coming.
