Feedback sought thanks: If you've been with ninjamobiletrader dot com for some time, what has been your experience regarding down time and instability?
I've been with this VPS for about 12 months. Currently I am running a few strategies in NT8 on SIM and Apex Evaluation accounts. Yesterday during London session, I experienced a major connection issue. Andrew at support came back via email, after 4 hrs to confirm that the issue was on their side and that they are addressing the issue with great urgency and will notify me when the system is stable. I was using Replikanto and that crashed, the day before. I was asleep at the time, so did not witness the incident and thought it was Replikanto acting up. It now seems ninjamobiletrader had issues that day too.
Positives:
In the past support has been excellent with Andrew assisting me with remote log in to fix some configurations on trade copier etc. Over three 1:1 session (free of charge) I've recieved high value assistance which has solved my questions. He's also given me a few discounts. So I've been well served. Their prices are reasonable. In my above situ, they have been honest about the issue and not tried to obfuscate.
However right now I am skittish and would value other users' experience.
I just moved to this service from another company. I don’t know what took me so long to do this, but for a VPS platform it’s the best I’ve used. I have the medium sized server, run some pretty heavy Algo’s and charts for two different systems and it performs very well. Andrew is extremely helpful with excellent and timely customer service. No platform connection drops or server outages. I highly recommend this service and am glad I made the
change. I do trade live on a funded prop account and at Apex and my personal account at NinjaTrader and have had no issues. The multi broker license key is really handy. I’ve been thru a bunch of VPS providers but am really happy with Mobile NinjaTrader.
Sienna, I'm just checking in. I'm seriously considering signing up with Ninjamobiletrader. Have you stayed with them? If so, how has your experience been since the problem you had last November? Thanks for any light you can shed.
MerlinT,
I am very happy with Ninjamobiletrader, now. Have signed up for a 2nd year. They were very transparent when tech problems arose and did not try to obfuscate. About 2 months ago, I experienced sluggishness one day and they suggested some tech options for housekeeping.
Also, they are helpful if I have tech questions and will do a remote access call for free to check my set up, if I want to. That has happened about 4 times last 18 months.
Hope that helps

Welcome aboard, and thanks for sharing your experience. Reviews like this from traders actually running live algos on funded accounts carry a lot of weight.
A few things stand out from what you described that are worth highlighting for anyone else evaluating VPS options:
Running heavy algos on a medium-tier plan -- this is a solid data point. A lot of traders over-spec their VPS thinking they need the top tier, when what's important is how well the provider optimizes their infrastructure. The fact that you're running two systems with demanding charts and algos without hiccups says more than any spec sheet.
The multi-broker license key -- this is genuinely underappreciated. If you're juggling a funded prop account at @ApexTraderFunding plus a personal account at NinjaTrader, being able to run everything from one VPS without licensing headaches saves real time and frustration.
Zero connection drops on live funded accounts -- that's the part that matters most. During eval or live trading, a VPS disconnect at the wrong moment can blow an account. @NinjaMobileTrader runs co-located servers near the CME with roughly 1ms latency, which is a meaningful edge for execution quality on instruments like ES and NQ where every tick counts.
Andrew's support keeps coming up in every review I've seen across this thread -- that kind of consistency is rare in this space.
Good move making the switch. Reliable infrastructure is one of those things that doesn't feel important until it fails you at the worst possible time.
