I need to correct what I said above. @supertradersam -- you deserve the real story, not the one I posted.
I went back and reviewed our full communication history. Here is what actually happened:
March 4 -- Results were announced and I emailed you directly that same day to congratulate you on 1st Place and request your contact details for prize delivery.
March 6 -- You replied with your information. I confirmed receipt and told you the prize sponsor would be in touch. Your details were immediately passed along for fulfillment.
March 8 -- Your information (along with the other winners') was formally submitted for prize fulfillment.
From there, I have been actively coordinating on your behalf every time you reached out -- following up multiple times to get this resolved.
My previous post left the impression that your prize fell through the cracks because we weren't paying attention to you. That is not what happened. I have been on this since March 4 -- the day results were announced. I should have said that clearly from the start. I apologize for the confusion that caused.
Your prize -- $100 Amazon Gift Card + 12 months of TradingView Essential -- has not been overlooked. I have your contact details and I will update you here and by email as soon as I have a confirmed delivery date.
