I had same issue on one pc , while everything works fine on another one ?!?......
Anyway,
I have asked NT support and they suggested me to
- remove NT
- clean internet browser and cache history.
- reboot machine
- download again NT
After this the connection works fine
Now the connection is OK.

Can you help answer these questions from other members on NexusFi?
I downloaded the new NT 21 and had a connection problem also, I thought I had to use CQG as provider. I emailed Ninja Trader and they added continuum as a provider with my lic key it only took a few minutes. It started working right away!
Thanks NinjaTrader. So if you put in new password and login and don't see continuum as a provider write Ninja Trader.
Even if you own a multi key lic.
I do not have this experience, my connection is interrupted 2 - 5 times per day last week and now on monday(Continuum: Primary connection=ConnectionLost, Price feed=Connected) ... ?
Yes, I also trades from 15:30 to 18:00, but yesterday (monday) from 17:53 to 17:56 connection interruped (and also 2 times afer 20:00 a reconnect took about 2 - 9 minutes !). I dont know how NT maintains it, if I would be in live position ?
Anybody know if the continuum/CQG servers are collocated at the exchange for nymex futures ? I'm trying to figure out how low latency they really are compared to rithmic.
