ok I have guys who use CQG trader for scalping CME and EUREX and it seems to work for them.
But, maybe you just use the data from CQG and apply in on a different platform like Market Delta Cloud which may have what you need. It is free.

It's fine for scalping, it's just that there is no flatten or reverse buttons. I rarely use reverse, maybe only 1-2 times in 4 years or so, but with flatten you can close your current position and cancel all open orders on an OCO/bracket order trade in 1 click. If you set a limit to exit on the dom, that's fine but since the PT order or the stop didn't trigger the exit, they will stay open and you have to manually cancel the orders. That means that there is a chance that the market blips up or down and fills one of those still open orders before you can cancel it, which is not terribly convenient. You can also slide one of your open oco orders to exit the position which I think many people do, but again, less convenient than a single button click. I can often get one extra tick profit by waiting for the right moment to click flatten, for example.
I really like the platform, just this one or two things I would change, maybe they will, I put in a suggestion to add those as buttons.
Because if it is not the case you have a button that flatten all your position at market. You can also selectively cancel buy or sell order on cancel all none filled order in all market.
Look at the bottom of the DOM trader.
And in the case you are trading different market at the same time if you want to close a position just click buy or sell at market are you will be out.

yes I usually have a couple of open positions at one time. The global Liquidate button is not great for me. You close your ES posiition and want to leave your ZN or CL position open, you cant with that
In that case it is easy just buy or sell and click on X All after to cancel all OCO order (if you have some) on that market. It is 2 clicks it takes less than 1s. I am really aggressive scalper and it has never bother me. (X Global cancel all OCO on all markets)
Also if you have a programmable mouse you can put that on 1 button of the mouse as a macro. (I have 14 buttons on my mouse...) Gamer stuff is great for trading
